Mothers, when it comes to their children, will surely make the ultimate sacrifice.

Coco, a cocker spaniel, went from Europe to the United States to be reunited with her ailing puppy for a groundbreaking stem cell operation.

Coco gave birth to a litter of six gorgeous puppies in the United Kingdom more than six years ago. Millie is one of her lovely puppies. She was then adopted by a wonderful couple who later moved to the United States for work. Nobody expected Coco and Millie to reunite six years later, and it’s a reunion that will forever affect their lives.

Millie had a wonderful life with her humans until they discovered she had cancer. Her parents are so devoted to her that they would go to any lengths to save her life.

Millie had chemotherapy three months ago. Millie’s only hope of survival today, according to the physicians, is a bone marrow transplant.

Her family contacted Coco’s owner to tell them about the sick puppy’s condition. Because Millie’s mother is Coco, there’s a good chance their bone marrows will match.

Millie’s parents are willing to go above and beyond to save their dog’s life. They funded Coco’s expensive transplant and paid for her travel abroad.

Coco and her owner traveled from Europe to North Carolina, where the procedure will take place, after the appropriate arrangements were made. Coco will stay there for a week to allow her to fully recover before flying back to Europe.

This story simply serves to demonstrate how important Millie is to the family. She is fortunate to have humans who adore her. She is also very blessed to have Coco as her mother, who is very willing to help her out with this ordeal.

We hope and pray that the treatment goes well, so Millie and Coco can live healthier and happier lives with their respective loving families.
