For fur moms, no wedding is ever complete without the presence of their dogs because they are family just like everyone else. And most of them usually have a role in the ceremony – either as a flower dog or the ring bearer.
But one bride’s dog took their role to the next level and adorably stole the moment from their mom. In a video taken by a photographer known as duminciucbogdanfilms on TikTok, this dog decided to be more involved in the ceremony than what was originally planned by walking straight to the couple in the middle of their vows.
One of the bridesmaids tried to rein in the bride’s dog but after a few more moments, she just decided to let the dog do what it wants.
And so, the adorable dog who was wearing a flower necklace laid down happily on the bride’s veil and to be honest, the scene was just too picture-perfect. The dog’s light brown fur and the flowers made it look like it was posing for a photo shoot that was made just for them. And it quietly waited there until mom was finished with her vows.
The video immediately went viral and a lot of people were amused with the dog’s antics. One user noted that the gesture seemingly tells the groom that the bride was the dog’s first and the new dad can’t take her. Considering the timing of the move during the vow’s part, this definitely made sense. Although it could also be just the dog asking for attention.
Another one expressed that the dog was thanking the bride for packing up a really cozy blanket for them. That is, the dog looked so relaxed lounging on the bride’s veil. But whatever the dog’s intention was, they definitely created that wedding moment as the best one.
