It is difficult for rescued dogs to find a real and loving home. Having a real and loving home for dogs, however, is the foundation of good behavior. This is why dogs should be under a loving home and a dog parent.

More than this, a happy and loving home could make or break a dog’s life. It is where a pooch develops and learns his skills moving forward. A loving home also gives a pooch a chance to show his or her full potential as a pet.

In one inspiring Youtube video, a soldier asked for the help of a local dog shelter to track down the location of the pooch he saved during the conflict in Syria. Later identified as Army Specialist Tyler Mosley, the soldier fell in love with the pooch and never forgot the dog even after his deployment in Syria.

Mosley sought the help of the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals International (SPCAI). He asked the organization if they have information about the whereabouts of the dog named Daisy. As fate would have it, the organization was able to give Mosley the needed information.

The soldier then tracked it down to have a reunion with the dog. Before the rescue, Daisy was homeless and abandoned in war-stricken Syria. The dog wandered around the military camp where Mosley was deployed.

Mosley, for his part, took the dog under his custody because he felt the need to provide the pooch shelter. During the time they were together in Syria, the two developed a friendship that Mosley cherished.
Mosley, however, needed to relocate later on. Along with the relocation, the decision to leave the pooch broke Mosley’s heart. He did not have a choice, though.

A few years later, when he finally finished his task with his previous assignment, Mosley decided to look for Daisy. This was when he asked the organization of the dog’s whereabouts. Thankfully, though, the soldier was able to find the dog.

Soon enough, the two reunite, and the dog seemed to recognize the soldier even after the long lull because of the latter’s military work. Watch the heartwarming reunion of the two in the video below.
